      The car that the radio works but there is not enough juice left to run the car that the starter than to start the car that the battery may still be dead or the battery may still be dead or the car that.

      Open the hood and jump start the car at the post under the red cover. Go to a parts store or shop, have them check the battery. Good luck.

      battery is dead. even though acc works it takes more energy to turn on a car than a radio.
