For cheaper but might not work at the salesman andor detailer use whats called show shine you just spray it even kinda smells like 1015 gallon although parts stores might carry similar version for cheaper but might not work as huelsman distributing its expensive though.

Most I know have a person or two on the get ready (wash rack) who clean the car up perfectly, put and hand buff some carnuba wax on it and basically just rub with a cloth every few days to get the smudges from peoples hands in the showroom…
Others on the lot are usually just washed every other day on the lot or are pulled to the get ready area and have a fast clean done to them

there brand new!, all they need to do on a new cars paint is spray detailing spray on it and wipe it off.
