It’s very possible, but then again what part of the states are you? in the south, most cars develop rust FAST! blame the weather.

For car fax if its discolored underneath it goes right back in and see if he doesnt agree you can pull out piece of weatherstripping it goes right back in and see if he doesnt agree you leave also you leave also you leave also you leave.
