How do you change the windshield wiper motor on a 2000 chevy venture?

We know everything else there is to a car bu how to change the windshield wiper motor on this 2000 chevy venture van. Can anyone help us? Pictures or descriptions can help in any way. We need to find out about the linkage assembly, not the installation of the actual windshield wiper.

      Lift the plastic cover off thats on the left. You will now see the wiper motor. All you need is ratchet set and a one of those star bits (forgot size). It should come right out.
      Just install the new one, test and go.

      Make sure NO ONE turns the car on while working. Otherwise, disconnect the battery before you begin. Safety First.
