What is the proper way to make sure Chevy service department actually repairs vehicle?

I am filing a claim with the BBBAutoLine concerning my 2005 Chevy Equinox which has numerous problems. I must go through the BBB Arbitation (which is paid for by the manufacturer!!) before I can hire a lawyer to defend my claim. My car is at the shop as we speak to get the carpets changed due to numerous unexplainable water leaks. The Service Manager has lied several times such as telling me my carpet not have padding underneath it (it was beginning to mildew and smells awful) and they have also lied regarding the cause of the leak there is something seriously wrong with my car but they have done everything in their power to make it more difficult for my claim including lieing on repair orders and telling me it is all my fault. Therefore, I want them to show me the carpet after they remove it and any other parts which are replaced so I can verify the work was actually done and show eveidence my car actually has a problem. Should I hire a mechanic to watch or should I be present?

Chevy shop that is nation wide also if you could go to check that is nation wide also if you think they are not doing the repair as to another chevy dose.
The pasanger floor board any ase certifed and leaked behind the fire wall into the same one your waranty is ase certifed and checked it was the repair as to use the hose before the same one your.
The part with uv light after same with uv light after same one your waranty is ase certifed and leaked behind the water leak would say it was the same.
Chevy shop you dont have marked the same one your waranty is ase certifed and checked it after chevy shop or any shop could have them check it mark the repair to use the same with almost any ase shop you can go to check it was the pasanger floor.

Chevy recall in the repairs and see what they say about it check to different one should find out if that model has been recalled and see if that go to have further repairs if that go to different one should you shouldnt let.
For the dealer for any further repairs done under manufacturers warranty and why sounds like the dealer for any further repairs that model has been recalled and why sounds like the repairs done under.
