Nissan announces restructuring of car rental business (Automotive Business Review)
Nissan Motor and Nissan Financial Services have announced the restructuring of their car rental business division, in relation with the previous announcement in June 2008. A new company, Nissan Car Rental Solutions, will be established on December 1, 2008, as a subsidiary of Nissan Network Holdings.
